Topspeed 300 is a fully 3D racing game that is on the whole very similar to The Need For Speed. There are three different cars and four tracks, and you always race against one AI opponent.
The game was developed by Andreas Pollack as a test for his 3D rendering engine in 1997, and has since been distributed as freeware. The first releases were in German only, but the final version is also available in English.
