Spelbeschrijving

G-Fighter is an arcade-style space shooter that is a loose remake of the arcade game Gyruss. The player controls a spaceship that files infinitely forward, and can only be steered sideways in a circular pattern across the screen. Enemy ships fly into the screen and away from the player in waves, and must be shot down. Occasionally, powerups will appear that grant the player a more powerful and precise weapon for a while, which are usually guarded by enemies that try to shoot the player down. There are also asteroids that must be avoided.

G-Fighter was made using the Allegro library and released as freeware along with the source code. The game is simple but rather fun, and there's a nice tune playing in the background.
