Tetris 3 is a very decent and playable Tetris variant. It includes the classic mode and its own "Tetris 3" mode with 100 levels of increasing difficulty. To complete each level, you need to score a certain number of points. It is also possible to play with non-standar pieces for greater difficulty.

Tetris 3 was released as freeware. There is no sound or music, and the game does not seem to save the player's high scores. Otherwise, the game is fully featured and can serve as a nice pastime distraction.
